We've made the hard decision to take 2020 as an "off-year" for the conference and postpone until the summer of 2021. We just couldn't find a path forward to host the kind of connected, collaborative, and personal event that is our intent and what we know to be a major reason why you participate. We are disappointed that we won't see you, connect with you, and share ideas with you. We're working on some ideas to bring us together in some different ways this Winter 2020/21, but in the meantime - please stay safe, take care of yourself, and keep doing the work to bring equitable, engaging, and productive experiences to life in your work.
Customer Focus North isn’t like any other digital or marketing conference you’ve ever attended. Our community consists of over 300 customer experience, human resource, change management, market research, user experience, product management, and behavioral sciences professionals. Join us this July to make and strengthen connections with experience experts working across industry to drive their business forward.
Each event brings together 25+ thought leaders sharing their diverse customer & employee experience knowledge with real world, practical application of data and insights.
