Customer Focus North isn’t like any other digital or marketing conference you’ve ever attended. Our community consists of over 300 customer experience, human resource, change management, market research, user experience, product management, and behavioral sciences professionals. Join us this July to make and strengthen connections with experience experts working across industry to drive their business forward.
Customer Focus North is scheduled over two days in July to provide attendees the depth and breadth of content that’s right for your organization.
Day One (July 20) we’ll host an afternoon of 90-minute workshops with in-depth, hands on experience on topics like design thinking, customer segmentation strategies, and behavioral science.
Day Two (July 21) provides a more traditional conference schedule, with a range of keynote and break-out sessions from leaders across disciplines, organizational type, and subject area.
Both days will feature plenty of time for networking and connecting with fellow attendees!
Each event brings together 25+ thought leaders sharing their diverse customer & employee experience knowledge with real world, practical application of data and insights.
