Customer Focus North 2019 took place on September 18-19 in Minneapolis. Over 225 people and 35+ experts came together to engage with other customer and employee experience experts, advocates and enthusiasts including experts from human resources, change management, market research, experience design, product management, behavioral sciences, and more.
